Angry Birds To Replace Jatayu For The Forthcoming Generation?!

Often when I have met and talked to Atheists( or discussed on social networks or forums), they have the following things to say about Gods:
All the epics are just a figment of imagination of the then (yester-era) erudite men.
Which means Sage Valmiki or even Shri Ved Vyas – the authors of Ramayana & Mahabharata respectively – were basically story tellers!
They were such great story tellers that whatever they wrote on palm leaves with twigs used as pens…it got etched on the brains of mediocre ‘we, the people’ so deeply that even after about 10 thousand years, we still sing about the glory of the characters in their stories!!
Really!?
Does it then also mean that after 10 thousand years from today, the great story tellers of our times like Raj Kapoor or Steven Spielberg will be highly respected & revered and the characters in their films will be worshipped by the dullards aka. we, the people?
Do you think that Superman, Batman & Spiderman will replace the idols (in the temples) of the Gods that we worship today?
Well, going by the logic of effective story telling, our directors and producers have done a great job by adding special effects like 2d/ 3d animation effects to the films (not to forget the jhankar musical beats to go along with it) – that will give a more lasting effect to their figment of imagination..right?
