Who Cannot Be True Seekers of the Divine?
Certain mindsets and behaviors create deep blockages in our inner system, making it almost impossible to rise towards higher ideals or experience true spiritual awakening. Such individuals include:
-
Those driven by lust and immorality – Their Mooladhara (root chakra) is blocked, as their desires pull them downward instead of uplifting them.
-
Scandal-seekers and exhibitionists – Whether through art, music, or lifestyle, they delight in vulgarity and shocking others. This harms not only their Swadhisthan chakra (creativity center) but also those who support or consume such expressions.
-
Greedy and unscrupulous individuals – Obsessed with wealth at any cost, they may engage in unethical acts. Their Nabhi chakra (center of contentment and dharma) is blocked, leaving them perpetually unhappy and restless.
-
Self-centered and loveless people – Unable to feel or give genuine love, even to family, their Heart chakra is shut. Their world begins and ends with themselves.
-
Emotionally attached yet isolated souls – Clinging to sorrowful attachments and rejecting collective joy, they react harshly when their beliefs are questioned. Their Vishuddhi chakra (communication and collectivity) remains blocked.
-
Revengeful and unforgiving minds – Focused on settling scores rather than forgiving and evolving, their Agnya chakra (third eye) is closed, keeping them trapped in cycles of hurt and anger.
Until such individuals choose to let go of their negativity, higher spiritual ideals and meditation will remain out of reach — not because they aren’t capable, but because they are unwilling to change.
